After spending last Friday with all of you I am overcome with a new sense of hope.  Hope as I reflect on my pressing question of where is God leading me knowing that I am now on this journey with a group of people passionate about peacemaking.  Hope as I reflect on the compassion and encouragement shared with each other I see that this is a safe place to grow.  Hope that even though many of us have questions about our abilities and paths towards peacemaking we have an opportunity to grow thanks to Journey of Hope. Hope that through the lives of this cohort there will be outward ripples of justice.  And so I today, I cling to this hope!
